How large should my storage unit be ?

You'll find on this site, in the main menu bar "How to choose my storage unit?" the tabs "Home storage" and "Business storage" to help you to decide.

May I change storage units if I need some more or less space ?

You're free to change units any time. You'll have to contact Box en Lox Customer Service to find out unit availability. We don't charge for changes.

How to reach my storage unit ?

You have a personnal and confidential entry code to get the secure storage facility whenever you like 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, whithout any time restriction. 

What do I have to do when I'd like to give up the tenancy of my storage unit ?

There's a 14-day notice before leaving.
