When can I reach my storage unit ?

You can access your storage unitg on 24-hr/7-day basis by using your personal entry code.

How are my belongings protected ?

All our storage facilities are equipped with a 24-hr remote monitoring service: you'll have to desactivate the alarm when arriving by using the personal entry code given to you. In case you trigger alarm inadvertently, you'll have to give your personnal identification to the remote monitoring company who can call the police if nobody answers. Moreover, all our storage facilities are equipped with a video surveillance system, which allows to identify people in the event of a problem and with a fire protection system.

Insurance procedures

Storage of any item classified as "oridnary risk" product in terms of insurance is allowed, subject to the prohibition on storage mentioned in the RULES AND REGULATIONS ( available by clicking on the button "See the contract" on this website and at the entrance of all storage facilities).

How much is the compensation at the most in case of accident ?

The comprehensive insurance policycovers the ordinary risks according to the contract taken out by Box en Loc such as water and fire damage. Only the coverage for the risk of theft has an upper limit fixed at €2,000 by storage unit.The limit of coverage can be increased up to €3000 by storage unit ( see complementary insurance to be taken out in addition to the standard rate). In case the goods stored are worth more than €2,000 (€3,000 with the complementary insurance) you can take out your own insurance and you'll have to waive any claim against Box en Loc. Please note that only goods, the storage of which is authorized, are insured.

Procedure in case the required volume is not available

In case the required storage unit is not available, you can put down your name on, a waiting list. The option is automatically offered to you.
